SMS Terms & Consent

These SMS Terms describe how Proper Ecom LLC ("Proper Ecom," "we," "us," or "our") sends text messages to mobile phone numbers, what consent you give when you opt in, and how you can stop receiving messages.

Your consent: By submitting your mobile phone number through any Proper Ecom form, scheduling tool, or by checking an SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Proper Ecom (and its third-party messaging providers) at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

1. Program description

Proper Ecom uses SMS to send:

Booking-related messages — strategy call confirmations, reminders, reschedule requests, and follow-ups
Account and service messages — engagement-related communications for active clients
Marketing messages (only with separate opt-in) — case studies, content, occasional offers

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Proper Ecom. Typically you can expect up to four (4) messages per month, but frequency may vary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder and have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Proper Ecom is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; you will not receive further marketing or recurring messages from that program.

To opt out of all Proper Ecom communications (SMS, email, calls), email hello@properecom.com with the subject "Opt out."

7. Carrier notices

Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network conditions and carrier policies. We do not control carrier delivery and are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

8. Privacy

Information collected as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, and your phone number and SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with our messaging service providers (e.g., Twilio, GoHighLevel, iClosed) as needed to deliver messages.

9. Your consent and TCPA

By providing your phone number and opting in, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Proper Ecom at the number you provided, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time using the methods in Sections 4 and 5.

10. Changes to this program

We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
